The oil pump of this electro-hydraulic servo driven hydraulic press adopts a low noise pump, while traditional hydraulic presses generally use axial piston pumps. Under the same flow rate and pressure, the noise of the low noise pump is 5dB-10dB lower than that of the axial piston pump. The servo driven hydraulic press operates at the rated speed of the motor during pressing and return, and its emission noise is 5dB-10dB lower than that of traditional hydraulic presses. When the hydraulic press is stationary with the slider fast down, the servo motor speed is 0, So there is basically no noise emission from servo driven hydraulic presses. During the pressure maintaining stage, due to the low motor speed, the noise of servo driven hydraulic presses is generally less than 80dB, while the noise of traditional hydraulic presses is between 80dB-100dB.
