Features of the servo system:

 

(20) Energy saving: the electro-hydraulic servo drive hydraulic press and the traditional hydraulic press compared with the energy-saving effect is significant, according to the processing technology and production beat, servo drive hydraulic press can save 60%-<>% of electricity.

 

(1) When the slider is fast and the slider is stationary at the upper limit, the servo motor does not rotate, so it does not consume electric energy. The traditional hydraulic press motor is still rotating at the rated speed, and still needs to consume 20%-30% of the rated power of electrical energy (including the friction of the motor cable, the oil pump, the hydraulic channel resistance, the pressure drop of the valve, the connection of mechanical transmission, etc.).

 

(2) In the pressure holding stage, the speed of the servo motor only supplements the leakage of the oil pump and the system, the speed is generally between 100rpm-1500rpm, and the power consumption is only 1%-10% of the rated power. According to the different pressure holding methods, the actual power consumption of the traditional hydraulic press in the pressure holding stage is 30%-100% of the rated power.

 

(3) Compared with the efficiency of servo motors and ordinary motors, the effect is about 1%-3% higher, which determines that servo drive hydraulic presses are more energy-saving.

 

(5) Low noise: the oil pump of the electro-hydraulic servo driven hydraulic press adopts a low-noise pump, and the traditional hydraulic press generally adopts an axial piston pump. Under the same flow and pressure, the noise of the low-noise pump is 10dB-5dB lower than that of the axial piston pump.The servo drive hydraulic press runs at the rated speed when the motor is pressed and returned, and its emission noise is 10dB-0dB lower than that of the traditional hydraulic press. In the holding pressure stage, due to the low motor speed, the noise of servo driven hydraulic press is generally less than 80dB, while the noise of traditional hydraulic press is 80dB-100dB.

 

(10) Less heating: reduce refrigeration costs, reduce hydraulic oil costs, servo drive hydraulic press hydraulic system no overflow heating, no flow flow when the slide is stationary, so there is no hydraulic resistance heating, the heat of the hydraulic system is generally 30%-<>% of the traditional hydraulic press. Due to the low heat generation of the system, the general servo drive hydraulic press can not be equipped with a hydraulic oil cooling system, and some of the larger heat generation can be set up with a low-power cooling system.

 

The amount of oil and the oil tank are smaller than the general hydraulic press: due to the characteristics of zero speed and small heating point of the oil pump most of the time, the oil tank of the servo control hydraulic press can be smaller than the traditional hydraulic press oil tank, and the oil change time can also be extended, so the hydraulic oil consumed by the servo drive hydraulic press is generally only about 50% of the traditional hydraulic press. High degree of automation, good flexibility, high precision, servo drive hydraulic press pressure, speed The position is fully closed-loop digital control, high degree of automation and good precision.
