Making high-precision multi-layer PCBs

Many customers have suffered a lot of losses due to the lack of understanding of the pressing process: after getting the multi-layer board, they found that there were serious quality problems such as warpage, obvious delamination, and even inner layer disconnection. A large part of the reason is:

Some factories do not have their own pressing lines, and the pressing can only be sent out to other factories, and many foundries have many defects in equipment and processes, resulting in uncontrollable pressing quality, such as:

●The manufacturer is not equipped with a hot melt machine, X-RAY drilling target machine, through the riveting process pressing, the alignment accuracy between the layers is affected by the rivet hole tolerance, and the impact during pressing will cause the rivet deformation, resulting in interlayer offset

(This forces the larger the spacing between the hole and the line, the lower the scrap rate of the high-precision board)

●The failure rate of the manufacturer's pressing machine is high, and the production efficiency is low due to emergencies, which cannot be delivered on time, which affects the delivery time

This year, Huaqiu Circuit invested in the introduction of pressing machines (2 vacuum hot presses, 1 cold pressing machine) manufactured by "Japan Famous Machine (MEIKI)", as well as other supporting equipment, forming a pressing line for high-precision 4-12 layer PCB pressing at this stage.

 

02 Why did Huaqiu choose to introduce "Japanese famous machines"?

The introduction of a set of pressing machine production line is not simple, the factory needs to consider equipment accuracy, reliability, cost and other aspects.

After a detailed evaluation and comparison of nearly ten manufacturers, Huaqiu Circuit finally chose to introduce the "Japan Famous Machine (MEIKI)" pressing machine (2 hot presses and 1 cold press). The reason for choosing a famous machine, Huaqiu Circuit first considers these two reasons:

MEIKI is one of the old manufacturers of professional pressing and laminating machines in Japan, founded in 1933, and has profound manufacturing experience and core technology in the field of presses, and has been verified and recognized by a large number of large PCB enterprises in Japan, Asia, Europe and the United States! (MEIKI developed Japan's first heat press for plywood as early as 1942 and a vacuum press for multilayer printed circuit boards in 1985.)

2) High reliability & high stability:

The famous machine has a precision program of a specially tuned special controller (VISTACII.C), which can accurately control the thermal cycle of heating and cooling of the hot plate, as well as the control of hydraulic pressure and temperature; By operating the cold press machine, stress can be effectively relieved, and each press can be carried out efficiently and with high quality.
