The given, feedback and comparison links of the system in the hydraulic servo system use mechanical components, which are commonly used in aircraft rudder surface control systems, automobile steering devices, hydraulic profiling machine tools and construction machinery. However, friction, clearance, and inertia in the feedback mechanism can adversely affect the accuracy of the system.
The electro-hydraulic servo system has the advantages of high control accuracy, high response speed, flexible signal processing and wide application, and can form a servo system in terms of position, speed and force.
Compared with ordinary hydraulic stations, servo hydraulic stations have the following advantages
1. The actuator of the hydraulic system acts fast and the phase changes quickly. In terms of the flow-velocity transfer function, the vast majority is an oscillation stage with a considerable natural frequency, but as the flow rate increases and the parameters are optimally matched, the natural frequency can be extended to be comparable to the natural frequency of the electrohydraulic servo valve. The natural frequency of electro-hydraulic servo valves is generally above 100HZ, so the frequency response of the actuator of the hydraulic system is fast, and it is easy to start, brake and change quickly. The natural frequency is generally higher compared to the actuator of the electromechanical system.
